Alcohol and Other Drugs Information Service (ADIS) -  24 hour 7 day a week telephone counselling, support, referrals and information for those affected by alcohol or other drugs. ADIS counsellors are trained to work with people who are concerned about their own alcohol and drug use, as well as callers who are concerned about their family or friends.

Beyond Blue - 1300 22 4636.   Open 24/7.  Confidential support.

Blue Knot Helpline -  1300 657 380.  Open Monday to Sunday, 9am - 5pm.    Helpline has trained, experienced and trauma-informed counsellors, male and female, support adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse, their partners, family and friends, health professionals and anyone in the workplace working with people who have experienced childhood trauma and abuse.
